Why collect this information?
- Determine your eligibility for the program
- Transmit to the STS the information requested from all its users for administrative purposes
- Produce statistics on the project (number of people subscribed, new public transport user, etc.). This is particularly useful for our efforts to perpetuate solidarity pricing for public transport.
Access to your personal information
We undertake to recognize a right of access and rectification to data subjects wishing to consult, modify or even delete information concerning them.
Information security
Our site is hosted using a secure connection using the HTTPS protocol which ensures an encrypted connection between your documents and the server. Upon receipt on the server, the data (including documents) is encrypted using an asymmetric encryption algorithm and can only be decoded by providing the correct decryption key.
People working for us are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. Finally, all evidence relating to your income or family situation is destroyed after your application has been assessed.
