Each year, we re-evaluate the eligibility of all registered users in the program based on their financial situation and their contact details. This is why we will ask you for proof of income.
You are eligible if you fall into one of the following categories:
1- You receive social assistance OR social solidarity OR employment objective.
Accepted proof: Free medicaton claim book for the current month or other official proof from the government of Quebec or Canada for the employment objective program.
2- Your annual income personal (if you are a single person) or family (if you have more than one person in your home) income is below the low-income threshold. (see the table below)
Accepted proof: Your 2023 Notice of Assessment (provincial OR federal Revenue Agency) AND Spouse’s Notice of Assessment (if you have one) AND a Canada Child Benefit statement 2023 (ACE) (if you have dependent children)
